Welcome

I am a licensed psychologist in private practice in Austin Texas.  I offer individual, couples, and group psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. I also offer clinical supervision and consultations.  My specialty areas are relationships, grief, issues of adolescence, anxiety and depression.  My office is located in Northwest Hills on Spicewood Springs Road.

I view psychotherapy as a private, confidential and collaborative process.  It is a professional relationship designed to deepen the understanding of your psychological self and behavior. Working through life transitions, unraveling complicated relationships, resolving conflict, and dealing with anxiety or depression are all examples of issues relevant to the work of psychotherapy.  As one grows in self-awareness they also grow in their ability to solve problems and have more meaningful relationships.
